This is a 22 pages technote that covers a useful solution for small retail stores/remote sites that need 1-2 APs and require active-passive Ethernet uplink. This solution uses a new feature in Instant 8.8.x that basically supports the use of multiple Ethernet uplinks. This solution will also cover the second IAP as a mesh point using the dual uplinks of the Mesh portal IAP.
