I have enabled between two ports of aruba and cisco switch (fibre module) link-keepalive and i get the bellow :
Status and Counters - UniDirectional Link Detection (UDLD)

    Port : 1/45
Current State : failure Neighbor MAC Addr : 000000-000000
    UDLD Pkts Sent : 16 Neighbor Port : 0
    UDLD Pkts Received : 0 State Transitions : 1
    Port Blocking : Yes Link-VLAN : untagged

    Port : 2/45
Current State : failure Neighbor MAC Addr : 000000-000000
    UDLD Pkts Sent : 13 Neighbor Port : 0
    UDLD Pkts Received : 0 State Transitions : 1
    Port Blocking : Yes Link-VLAN : untagged

What could be the issue and current state is failed?
The link functioning properly without any issues!

Two separate physical duplex links between two Switches? without aggregating them in a logical Links Aggregate Group interface (Port Trunk on Aruba, Etherchannel on Cisco)? can you provide us a little bit more details about such of configuration (of both sides)?

    Hi all,

I´m facing the same issue... a LACP Trk between a Cisco Meraki MS-Switch and an Aruba 2930F!

Using link-keepalive on dedicated switchports - it works, using link-keepalive on the same ports but when they are part of the LACP Trk they don`t!
Does anyone have an information if this is a known issue and maybe both (LACP and Link-Keepalive on the physical switchports) in combination is mutually exclusive?
