    Hey guys, how are you?

I would like to ask a question.

I have a scenario where we are implementing a UNIFI controller with Clearpass. I know that at the guest clearpass level we still have a lot of difficulty due to the notes within UNIFI. However, I'm already having problems with 802.1x, which in theory should be simple.

Is there any way on the Clearpass side to be able to test where this communication may be failing?

No requests appear on my access tracker.

I created my clearpass server within UNIFI and I also created my NAD UNIFI within clearpass with the same shared key.

Does anyone have any idea what I could do to try and resolve this issue?

    Thanks in advance.

see if you get any entries in the event viewer.

In my event viewer, only requests of this type appear. One of them is from my NAD, but SNMP fails, but I also have the shared key and no type of failure or success appears.

ok since none of the event viewer messages are related to your controller, then there might be a network issue that is preventing the RADIUS packets to get to clearpass, perhaps a pcap is in order.
