Do you have a valid support contract on that AP? That is required to download (any) firmware version.
If you run Aruba Instant (virtual controller inside the AP), then you can 'Check for Firmware Update' in the web management interface. It should allow you to download the latest recommended version without contract.

I am a network administrator I have an Aruba Virtual Controller with AP 303 I want to update its firmware to 8.12.0.2 or any other new version since it's currently running 8.6 version I have created an account with my enterprise email and logged into the HPE Networking Support Portal to download the firmware, but whenever I try to download the firmware or any other software it gives me the following error
"HttpErrorResponse
There was an issue initiating your download (failed to get link).Please try again or contact support if retrying does not work"
and If I try to re-login to my account, it gives me the following error: Sorry your login cannot proceed at this time" The attached image describes it
I have tried another email and created another account, I have checked my internet connections, and it was working just fine, I have tried different browsers, and I even tried it from my PC and mobile phone, but it is always the same issue.
Is there any way to get this firmware from another location rather than HPE Networking Support Portal since I really need it so badly
