Uploading AA message on NBX

    version R6_5_22



    The file format is 8KHZ, PCM 16 bit mono



    When uploading this to the NBX I get the error :



    Compression formats of the file and the NBX system do not match!



    file's compression format : ADPCM



    NBX's compression format: ADPCM



     



    I have uploaded the same file to another NBX with no problem.



     



    Any ideas?

    The NBX  uses adpcm  compression . Some files come in either G711 ( no compression ) or G729 variants ( 8 K compression ) . Ir sounds like you MUST change your file to ADPCM compression . Your other format attributes are ok .
