The role has been changed successfully from Forescout to Controller, but we are experiencing an issue as shown in the picture, where the internet symbol no internet , but the user already can access the internet

What is the role that is applied? Does it block anything? Or a firewall in the path that blocks something?

I've found that sometimes it just takes a while before that indicator changes to normal internet access. Also, when searching (Network Connectivity Status Indicator) there are quite some experiences on why no internet is shown, most times it's some firewall blocking/intercepting traffic.

Thanks for your response. There were some restrictions on the role that needed to be blocked.
