generally enabling MAC caching with session timeout should do the job.
do you have any Daily Usage Limit that is configured?

Hi community,
I have a low level issue with my users that connect to a splash page with user that it's created in to Aruba Central, the issue is that the user connect with his credentials normaly but when the users come back to the network the SSID/Splash Page ask him for the login with the credentials again. I have enable session timeout with 180 days and i have Mac Cachin enable already, but i don't know how to review or attack that issue.
The clients that i need to connect tho that SSID are clients that be coworkers without AD user and usually they stay inside to the network several days and moving through my diferents branches, and the user have to re login every time that him connect to the SSID.
I need that the login/session don't require re-login every time, it would great that never ask again that login
