Hi Experts,

i have failed message while verifing of .bin in slot 3 (i use IRF with 3 switchs)

i chekced Space and no problem: slot3#flash: 524288 KB total (349396 KB free)

Any one help.

It looks like you dind't use ISSU Software Upgrade (nor for testing the update nor for executing the update sequencially on IRF Members) to upgrade your 3 Members IRF deployment.

I would suggest to list slot 3 flash's directory, clean slot 3 flash's directory contents from unused object such as older (and actual) ipe files and (corrupted) new bin files recently transferred from slot 1 (not just trashing but delete permanently), check free space left on slot 3 (it should be at least the double of the size of ipe file so, in your case, something like 180 MB). Check ipe file validity (before transfer to the Switch you can calculate zip file Hash value [*] and verifiy if it copes with the one published by HPE) and, once all is OK, retrasfer into slot 1 the ipe file you're going to use into slot 3 and transfer manually to slot 3 as you already did. Check if file corruption (on decompressed files) persist or not.

First i want to Thank you for your reply!

Actually i didn't use ISSU because it's a new IRF with new switchs (no flow production right now).

That's strange for me because this .ipe passed in slot1 (HPE 5900AF-48XGT-4QSFP+) and slot2 (HPE 5900AF-48XGT-4QSFP+) but not in slot3 (HPE 5900AF-48G-4XG-2QSFP+)n the 3rd switc his not the same model but i think it share the same version Comware OS.

i did your instructions (delete ipe files, ew bin files recently transferred from slot 1) and i see the same problem.

I suspect that your slot 3's flash is going to need at least double of 117MB+78MB=195MB so at least - about - 390MB as free space to perform the update...and slot 3 has about 350MB only...if I read correctly reported values (flash in slot 3 contains also the old - current -  5900_5920-cmw710-boot-r2432p05.bin and  5900_5920-cmw710-system-r2432p05.bin files and this lower the free space).

Flashes of slot 1 and 2 look the same in terms of files list and free space?
