We’re using the VIA client on windows 7 for remote VPN solution into a 7210 Mobility Controller. We’re forcing the system to use a token server for 2 factor authentication.
Once users successfully authenticate the token server; the VIA window disappears and hides itself in the Windows task menu.
This is great; however, when users lose internet connection the VIA client then asks for a new token to be entered ... however, because the VIA client is already hidden in the task menu - it doesn’t pop up until the user manually double clicks the task menu.
How can we change this so the VIA software always jumps out to the user if it needs something?
