Hi,

I'm working with a customer who uses OTP with the VIA client for Windows, works fine.

Now they want to use the VIA client on their iOS devices, with the same authentication.

But it doesn't work. The RADIUS server sends an challenge and then logs to the event log direct after "wrong OTP".

I can see the same result in the Aruba security logs, like "user got challenged" and right after "reject for user".

Do the VIA for iOS have support for this type of authentication?

It should be supported as a simple username/password. It would be best to get a resolution to this by contacting Aruba TAC. I believe this has been reported into TAC.

For VIA over iOS we dont have the OTP support

As a workaround we can select the option to 'save user password' in the connection profile by which the user wont be asked for credentials every login
