  • 1.  Virtual Gateway in Azure with AP-505H in central

    Hi.

    I'm testing a customer scenario.

    Virtual Gateway (VGW) in Azure with connection to a Microbranch with an AP-505H in Central.
    I beleive AP-505H require OS version 8.7.x.x to work.

    Azure require an .vhd file uploaded for the VGW.

    However I cannot find .vhd file for the virtual gateway other than up to 8.6.0.4.
    Only .ova file for 8.7 is present on the ASP.



    Can I use the VGW ver 8.6.0.4 with an AP-505H which is factory default 8.7.1.3 ?

    also note that once you have vGateway running in Azure, you can upgrade it through Central to 8.7.0.0-2.3.0.0_79669

    Thanks for the update.

    This worked fine.
    Installed Azure 8.6.0.4 VGW in Central.
    Then upgraded to 8.7.0.0 in Central.
    Upgrade took around 5 minutes.
