    howdy all....i got an Error during upgrade of one of a pair of virtual MM (8.10.x -> 8.10.x ) , ( so that i'll be able to upgrade the controllers next)

    anyhow, i uploaded the 'FILE'  (not the ISO or the OVA ) to the Virt.MM and pressed 'Upgrade' ...

    it seemed to start ....but then eventually got 'Error in Upgrade'  and now i'm stuck

    any thoughts on what next ? there is 30% or 1% used space on various filesystem areas, so not a space issue (to best of my knowledge)

    ah, turns out i had the Controller firmware file...and had to grab the MM firmware file of same version.

    great assistance from Surya (aruba support) and all set and prepped for reboots / updates :-)
