    I am trying to configure Visitors access using Internal Captive Portal in Aruba Central. Where can I edit the Terms and Conditions for the splash page? Can't see any option there. Please see below.

    Does it require special licenses to enable customization of guest? I am getting error when configuring.

    no it does not need any special licenses.
    try using another browser or clear your browser cache and see

    Found out the issue. The problem was with the MEA region. Created a new instance with another region and it can be configured.
