We are receiving the following voicemail from our phone system:

“A power supply error is being reported by your 3COM NBX telephone system’s call processor. Power supply 1 is not operational or has been disconnected from its power outlet.”

The power supply is plugged in, we verified it today.

This must be a V5000 or V3001R with dual power supplies and you have Maintenance Alerts turned on.

Go to Reports/System Data/ Power supply status. .what does that say???

You may have a power suplly starting to go bad... in this case, the entire unit must be swapped out.

To shut off Maintenance Alerts for users, go to User Configuration, click on User, then unclick

    "Receive Maintenance Alerts"

    Yes, it's a V5000.

    Here's the Power Supply Status:

                                                    PSU 1              PSU 2

    Connected:                               False                 True

    Output Voltage:                         Invalid                  Valid

    Would a power supply from a 3c10201 fit a 3c10202?

According to what I've found online it seems the only difference between the two is the 3c10202 has redundant psu's.
I can't find any list of parts or a system breakdown or hardware maintenance manual.
