    I have a gxv3240 Voip phone but can´t register the Sip. 

    Any help?

    Hello,

    gxv3240 is not an HPE VOIP phone. The fact that this question is posted in the HPE networking community probably means that you are connecting the IP phone to an HPE switch. Please provide the exact model and firmware version of the HPE switch you are using.

    Shelter,

    It would also be important to know what PBX you are connecting the Grandstream phone to so that we can make sure that it has all of the correct parameters set if you are using DHCP to give it an IP address.
