WebGUI and SSH access on a Controller in a Cluster

We've got a very odd issue, our MM is configured to use LDAP for its login and this is configured on all controllers, there is also a "backdoor" login configured in the event of LDAP being unavailable.

We have 6 controllers managed by this MM 2 controllers in 2 clusters and 2 standalone controllers.

Access to the MM both LDAP and Backdoor work fine and WebGUI and SSH access to the standalone controllers works fine using LDAP and Backdoor.

What we're having an issue with is WebGUI and SSH access directly to the Ccontrollers in the clusters, LDAP fails all the time but on occasion the Backdoor login works. There seems to be no logic as to why its failing the config cascades down in the hierachy and all controllers have the same config.

    We're currently running 8.10.0.10 LSR.

Any help would be much appreciated.

    Thanks

    Jon

Recommend you open a case with TAC on this.
