I know this should be easy. And on my employee wireless network, I've got 802.1x-Radius Authentication with dynamic VLAN assignment working.

But I want to send visitors through web-auth against the WESM local radius server where the receptionist will create guest users in the guest group.

I have created a user for testing and set the password myself, 123456789, to idiot proof my test. Device Syslog has this error after attempted login: Supplied User-Password does NOT match local User-Password.

Am I missing something obvious? - some encryption setting somewhere that maybe is converting the password?

    Hi

If you are using a clear text password, then it should be an encryption problem.

Check: â Password Encryptionâ on page 2-105 of Chapter 2

    Good Luck !!!

turns out I needed to add 127.0.0.1/24 and secret into Local Radius Clients list.
