    - Using capital letters on a forum is considered shouting

    - Frankly, EIRP is not specific to HPE/Aruba.  There are many definitions on the internet that explain EIRP in detail.

    Fundamentally

     

    radio transmit power + antenna gain - any cabling losses = EIRP
