I often see 1 possible issue on client when I am in Diagnostics.

Too Many Clients on Radio

Note: we are using AP315.

Then I found the defaul setting of ideal number is only 10. I thought it is not right since our third party vendor told us more than 10 before.

Does anyone have best recommendation on "IDEAL" for AP315?

The ideal number of client devices per radio is 1  ;-)

However, an AP-315 can comfortably handle a fairly large number of client devices. A realistic maximum depends on many factors (type of clients, environment, acceptable minimum performance, to name a few), but the AP-315 should in most cases still be perfectly "happy" with as many as 50 connected clients (or more).

That "too many clients" threshold can be configured in Airwave and it is sort of Arbitrary.  What Onno said above is the correct answer.

We are using Skype for Business, users always complain WLAN, of course we tested it, no voice issue if user client switches to wired LAN.

I am wondering if the 10 is default setting of Threshold in AirWave.

If it is, then does it mean something?  :)

I knew this number for long time, but I didn't believe it.

My experience number is 40 / AP (20 / Radio).

Our design is 40 / AP ( 20 / Radio) also.
