Q9Y60AAE - HPE 5 Year Aruba Central AP Sub E-Stu

We have a client in Saudi (KSA) who wants to buy R4W43A from Asian Market.    But can he buy Q9Y60AAE Central AP from Saudi and set up his infrastructure.  Will the APs work on this arrangement and Aruba supports it.. ?

I seek your help and suggestion on this context.

    Many thanks in advance.

This is a grey area and besides the question if it works, it also is relevant if it is supported or may get you into issues when you need to request hardware replacement.

My guess would be that it technically works. It's best to work with your local Aruba Sales team to get it officially approved and declared supported; where I would not expect an issue with that. In general, equipment should be purchased in the country/region where it is used.

If you have urgent issues, always contact your Aruba partner, distributor, or Aruba TAC Support. Check https://www.arubanetworks.com/support-services/contact-support/ for how to contact Aruba TAC. Any opinions expressed here are solely my own and not necessarily that of Hewlett Packard Enterprise or Aruba Networks.

In case your problem is solved, please invest the time to post a follow-up with the information on how you solved it. Others can benefit from that.
