  • 1.  Windows 2019 - IMC Plat 7.3 - Updated to E0706P11 - web UI broken

    Hello fellow Airheads!

    We had a fully functional IMC install, previously on 7.3 (E0705).

    Updated to (E0706), then to (E0706P11) to support new switch models, etc. After the last patch was applied, we cannot reach the logon page anymore.

    It does appear to be listening on 8080, but only shows a blank white page (after what appears to be some redirects). This happens locally and remote, with both Chrome and FF affected.

    The readme doesn't appear to have anything calling out this issue.

    Has anyone else experienced and overcome this behavior?

    Hello there,

    If you have WSM module , please check if it is on the current  version, compatible with Platform.
    In some cases WSM will not be upgraded  with Platform , if it has been installed separatelly and it will run on incompatible version after you upgrade Platform.


    If this is the case, you will need to upgrade WSM manually to fix this.

    Hello Marina,

    Thank you for the tip!

    I do indeed have WSM and NTA modules installed, which did not upgrade with the Platform upgrades.

    I applied all updates for each and the Web GUI is working again.
