Hello Craig,
The APs are placed 10-15 meters apart and the user is roaming from one point in the office to another in the same SSID which is mapped to one vlan. As I mentioned I have tried enabling and disabling 802.11r, 802.11k and 802.11v. Also I have adjusted the EIRP for APs. But still the windows clients are getting disconnected whereas android clients can roam without any disconnection. The devices are authenticating using WPA2 personal key and are using latest business edition laptops.
Thanks,
Ajin.

First question, is your RF design optimised for roaming and the devices using the service? How are the devices authenticating to the network, are the drivers updated, are the users remaining in the same VLAN when roaming?
We will need further information on your environment first.

Subject: Windows Clients disconnects while roaming
Hi,
I have a cluster of 7 Aruba 225 IAPs running on version 8.5.0.11. I have issues with windows clients getting disconnected while roaming. Sometimes it'll reconnect of its own after some time but most of the time I have to reconnect to the network manually by disabling/enabling the wireless adapter and connecting the SSID as it refuses to connect back. All my office laptops are new business edition models. Even MacOS have disconnection issues. But android mobile phones can roam around without any issues. What can be done to resolve this issue?
Earlier it was running on version 6.x and to I have upgraded to 8.5 hoping that the issue gets resolved. Also I played with switching 802.11r, 802.11k and 802.11v. But no change. Any help on this is greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Ajin.
