Ah. I would highly recommend upgrading to at least the latest 8.10 release and see if the issue continues.

Running AOS version 8.7. The AP does respond to pings when its showing as down in the console. Looking at the AP itself it shows a blinking green LED when the issue occurs.

What version of AOS are you running? Does the AP respond to ping while the issue is occurring?
I'd recommend opening a case with TAC to troubleshoot.

Hello,
I will attach the statics from one of my APs in this post. I opened a case with TAC before and they told me how to enable LLDP. Let me know if you have any other questions. Appreciate the help!

What PoE is being negotiated by the APs? Do you have LLDP enabled? Have you opened a case with TAC?

I have 29 Aruba 515s used at my company. They are all powered via PoE. Due to the size of the building we have multiple Cisco switches being used to run the APs, with the main switch being a Cisco 9300x.
We got the devices all set up and everything appears to be working fine. However, I will check the controller and see there are 2 APs down. I will disconnect the ethernet connection at the patch panel and reconnect, and the device will be up. Later I will check and 2 different APs down. The APs that go down are always different, and they will be in different locations around the building (meaning they are connected to different switches).
We have done a few different things for troubleshooting, as we initially were getting a 2r flag. The power limit has been removed for all the APs. We tried using different cables and this made no difference.
Has anybody else seen this or have something else we can try?
Thanks
