Hi everybody,
we have a XRN core stack with two 4924 units (XRN interconnect kits). Unit 1 failed due to a faulty power supply, so we have to replace it. Unfortunately we don't have a configuration backup of unit 1. Just adding the new switch to the stack, as described in the official manual, wasn't a good idea. Unit 2 lost it's ip address and then whole network went down. At least, it remained the port and lacp config. After powering down the new unit, the network was fine again.
So how do I replace the failed unit without downtime?
Any help is appreciated.
