Does ClearPass server backup include the proxy configuration?

No, it does not include the proxy server configuration i.e If the ClearPass server is configured with a proxy server and if a configuration backup is taken to restore on an other ClearPass server, it would not include proxy server configuration. Users have to manually reconfigure the proxy settings after the backup restore process.

To re-configure the HTTP Proxy, users should navigate to Administration » Server Manager » Server Configuration --> Service Paramaters --> ClearPass System Services -->  HTTP Proxy as shown in the screenshot below:
