Does Splunk API in IntroSpect support 301 redirection ? 

No, IntroSpect log sources created using Splunk API does not support 301 redirection.

Reason: 

Splunk SDK uses TCP socket connections over the port 8089 to get the search queries(No Direct HTTP Calls), so “301 Redirect” wouldn’t apply to connections going to/from Analyzer/packet processor to the Splunk host.
