Q:

How does this below feature in Clearpass Onguard "Enable access over remote desktop session" works?

This feature works as below:

If this option is not selected or selected and set to true (as the image shown in the question), the health check will be performed as usual upon doing a RDP connection to a remote machine where Onguard agent is installed.

and If this option is set to false, the health check will not be performed on the remote machine upon taking the RDP, even though the agent is installed on the remote machine.
