How to check the status of the services in IntroSpect

How to check and start/stop/restart the services on Aruba IntroSpect Analyzer?



A:

We could check the status of all critical services running on Analyzer using the below command:

analyzer-manager -d

Sample:

[root@an-node ~]# analyzer-manager -d

Above is the list of all the services whose status should be OK and GOOD.

 

In case you need to restart all the services during troubleshooting, you could use the commands below (However, it is recommended to contact Aruba Support/TAC as it impacts the server functionality if any issues):

'analyzer-manager --restart -c'
