unable to update timezone on cluster

Answer- The server would have  initially set with UTC as time zone and added to the cluster and though the publisher is set to Pacific time zone the subscriber will not accept the time zone from the publisher and will stick to time zone that was set initially.

To correct the time zone we need to drop the node from cluster update the time and rejoin the node to cluster
