AP105 enet light is amber connected to gigabit ethernet

Hi Guys,

I have an AP (105) connected on a switch (Gigabit POE) then controller (605).
The eth keep blinking amber light and the rest are green.
Then i tried swap with another AP, It work fine (all green light).
After some research, I know eth blinking red mean 100Mbp/s.

Any ideal can solve this issue or how to hard core 1000 Mbp/s in the AP?

I did purgeenv & saveenv before but after that, it still the same after re provision.

Regard,

There is a way to do this, but it is probably much easier to plug it in on a different port, or a different switch. Can you open a console connection when it is booting up to see exactly what it negotiates to?

I am having the same issue. I would like to fix the problem as well. I would like to know how to do this without plugging into a different port or different switch.

We need some more information about your deployment, then:

- What type of switch is this?
- Print out the configuration of that port
- Print out the results of the console of the access point

To get to the bottom of this we might have to switch ports or change configuration on the switch.

To get faster help, please open a TAC case.
