Hi Sir,

"show ap database" -
All ok, only 1 AP (the AP plant in other building) flag "I".


"show profile-errors" -
No profile-errors detected.

Can check with you, what are the lists of port that needed for controller to talk/establish connection to AP.
I suspect firewall issue. till now I have see no drop at firewall side.
Port that I allow are 8200, 8211, 514 & PPTP

I running 2 controller 650 series with HA.
is my controller call "LMS Controller"?

The management ip address of each controller must be allowed as a destination. If you are running a VRRP, you need to add that ip address, as well.

If you have only one controller, it would count as all three.

I have solve my issue.
It was due to my firewall.
