There is a growing awareness that the mobile clients attached to our networks are changing:  smartphone and tablet designers are adding new Wi-Fi features and improving performance on enterprise-class WLANs.  This talk covers the standards behind state-of-the-art mobile Wi-Fi, and some of the implementation issues, with emphasis on roaming behavior and the ‘11k’, ‘11v’ and ‘11r’ features.
