Having difficulty to access the Aruba Support Center? Here is what to do.


The reason this happens is because the legacy Aruba partner portal ( provided authorisation to the support portal. The legacy portal has been shut down since August 1st. In a small number of cases (< 5% of partner users) there is a discrepancy in the partner entitlement details.


If you run into this issue, please register on the site again. This would auto approve your login:


Automatic registration approval is based on the approved domain list of the partner. Providing a serial# or contact would really help us close out the registration in case their domain is not within the approved list.


In case this does not work, please write a mail to regarding the issue. This team will re-enable your account.
