ClearPass OnGuard 'connect' button greyed out.

Excuse me if I've got the wrong forum. If so, please point me in the right direction.
Running ClearPass OnGuard 184.108.40.206508 on Windows 10 Pro, for vpn connection to my office. I've run and downloaded the config per our network Admin's instructions, and profile downloaded successfully. Connection log says 'configuration download ...... OK'.
But back on the Details tab, 'profile in use' is blank and the 'connect' button is greyed out.
FWIW, this is a 'secondary' machine for me. My main personal laptop is running Ubuntu 16.04 LTS, and on that machine I have Aruba Via 220.127.116.11618 and have no problems at all.

Better to check with you Network team, anyway You can use VIA windows version same as Ubuntu.
