I don't understand why you hide the VIA in the support area. The VPN client is need by every end user, isn't it ?

Our company switched to your VPN solution recently. I am just an employee not an IT,

I have no way to get the new client for resolving the incompatible with windows 10.

YES, I AM ON MY BUSSINESS TRIP RIGHT NOW, AND I CANNOT MAKE A CONNECTION TO MY OFFICE.

I cannot access the support zone.

Recently the VIA 2.3.0 will stuck at authenticating stage on my Win10, don't know why. I'd like to try if 2.3.3 can solve my problem.

We are an aruba partner and are trying to download the VIA for Win. 10 x64, but when we go to support for the download there is no download, is there something im doing wrong.

Hi CJoseph. I have upgraded to Windows 10 and cannot use my existing VIA software to access work network. Could you please send me the link to the update version 64bit please, might be via 2.3 from reading other forums?

Your IT department that provisioned the controller should have access to the download center.  If you are having problems, you should contact them (your IT department) first.  If they are running a different version or they have restrictions on the software that should be running, it could cause issues...

You should really get it from your IT department.  It is possible that they do not support it and it will not work.
