Mac-Address Authentication and Captive Portal

I have several laptops and I would like them to bypass Captive Portal authentication based on their Mac-Address. I've tried using the mac-address authentication option but I might have missed something. Please advise.

Re: Mac-Address Authentication and Captive Portal

On the AAA profile on that WLAN, you need to configure:

- a Mac authentication profile (that determines the format of the mac addresses)
- a Mac authentication server group that determines where we have those mac addresses listed (the internal database, usually)
- a Mac authentication role (the role that successful users get when they pass mac auth). This is usually the successful guest role.
