OS user connection problem

We have just upgraded our system to, after that some of users says we can see the SSID but we cannot connect them.

We get a debug output from that mac address but we cannot find anything about problem.

We rebooted the AP that users try to connect, then users could be able to connect wireless network..

We saw this problem at few users again different times, on different access points.

I thing ramdom access points may be stuck and cant give service to users.

Is is buggy?
