The database information lost.

Dear ALL
After I reboot the AC(3600), all database (license, local userdb, cert ...) infomation was lost.
The configuration was NOT lost.
Did you guys encounter this?

Is the time also lost? Either way, please open a case with support.

Thanks for your response.
I did NOT check the system time. Just restore the flash and recover the network.

If this happen again, I will double check it.

The only reason I asked that, is that the internal battery could be dead. You can have support check to make sure your hardware is okay. What you described should not happen. If you restored the flash, the logs to indicate what happened might be gone.
