Unable to remove Cert 'is referenced by an application'

Hello All,

We tried updating the expired securelogin CP cert with a godaddy wildcard - this caused a big problem so we have replaced the wildcard with a server cert from comodo. It has installed correctly on the Master, but on the Slave we can't delete the previous cert - the message from both the gui and cli is 'Failed to delete instance. Cert is either not present or is referenced by an application'. I have gone through every screen I can find for any reference to this cert - but no joy.

regards,

Did you attempt to upload a cert individually to the local controller without deleting the old one?

Re: Unable to remove Cert 'is referenced by an application'

Good Morning Colin,

Unfortunately the wildcard and the replacement server cert have the same name guest.****.org. We can't delete the old one and the new one won't load due to the duplicate name.

thanks,
