Windows 2003 Radius vs 2008 NPS

We are doing a brand new Aruba install of around 384 APs with dual 6000 Controllers. We currently have a Windows 2003 AD Infrastructure in place. From a wireless functionality perspective, are there enough features in the 2008 NPS to warrant the potential exposure of extending my AD Schema and related changes in my 2003 AD Environment?

I know we will have to upgrade/extend this at sometime but I would rather treat that as a separate project with deliverables as opposed to "shoe horning it in" for the Aruba Implementation.

If you are already doing 802.1x, they are the same. If you want to do posture checking on clients on your domain, consider NPS.
