configure an ssid for access local branch network

Hello. We currently have an Aruba 3400 which controls all our branch access points. We have configured a guest SSID which uses the 3400 controller as the dhcp server, and an employee SSID which uses a layer 3 switch where the 3400 controller is connected to as the dhcp server. Each of our branch location has its own network and the access points' ip address is in that network. We now want to be able to create another SSID which would use the local branch router as the the dhcp server so that we can connect devices wirelssly to talk to the local devices without going through the 3400 controller. Also, should the connection between the controller and the access point is down, the local SSID should still be able to function properly. Is it possible? If so, how can I configure that? Please let me know if you need more info. Thanks.

Please look in the user guide for bridge mode SSID.
