You can from a USB drive, but not TO it:

(Aruba620)) #copy ?
flash: Copy from the flash file system
ftp: ftp file system
log Log files
running-config Running Configuration
scp: Secure file Transfer
startup-config Startup Configuration
system: System Partition
tftp: TFTP file system
usb: USB Storage

so

I guess the trick is how do I get the config from my existing 620 in the office to the new one?

TFTP? to my pc and manually move to usb drive? then take it home and I can copy from the drive to the home 620?

your options are ftp, tftp, scp

There are free ftp, tftp and scp servers that make it much easier than carrying it around via usb.

The easy way it the controllers are the same do a FlashBackup and restore in the new one.
Keep in mind that this also copies network configuration (IP and Ports) and you will need to apply the licenses after the restore.
