Aruba Central application visbility no data

Hello, im currently trying out the 90 days Aruba Central trial. i would like to see application and web usage globally and per-AP. But these are the only thing that shows up:

However, i am able to see application usage per CLIENT:

How do i fix this? Thank you

Hi,

 

Did you try to select the right filter on the top left? You can select a group, site, device...etc.

Yes, i already did it. The first picture is from the virtual controller, the second is from global (all devices)

Yes sorry.. I noticed that after replying! Is this a new installation?

Did you try to change the time filter on the top right? Did you try from a different browser?

Yes this is a new installation, and i already tried to change the time filter and browser. still no good

What type of AP(s) are you using?

What version of firmware are you running on the AP?

 

Also, do you have AppRF (Deep Packet Inspection) enabled under Services?

Hi Herman,

I am using IAP-325 with 8.6.0.4 firmware running.

Yes, I have enabled DPI.
