Cant create new account on aruba central!

I already manage 3 accounts on aruba central, 2 private accounts and one MSP account and while trying to add another one I get this problem:
I have tried different browser, and also I have asked my collegues to try and create an account on their email addresses but they got the same problem. Does anyone have heard anything from aruba if they are experiencing a problem or something like that!

Note that one can have many accounts, but the only restriction is that from the 5th onwards, you can't create it yourself, someone can add you to their account or you can use MSP account and create as many tenants as you need.
