    Hello,

The use and creation of variables is quit easy in Aruba Central. But how do you delete them if nod needed anymore?

Hope someone can assist or point me to the right direction.

    With kind regards,

    Rens

To modify variables in a template group you'll need to either take your original .csv/.json, modify it and re-upload it.  Else you can download your current variable file from Central, modify it, and re-upload it.

I don't know if they have GUI modifications to variable files in their roadmap but I know you can do it via APIs as well.

In my template I used some variables I don't need anymore.

Those variables I would like to remove.

Offcourse I can give them an empty value but they still will be there.

I'm looking for a way to completely remove them.

For removing variables you'll need to also edit your template.  The variables are displayed because the values presented in your .csv or .json match variables stated in the template.

To remove the variable from your variables file, you'll need to edit the template, and then re-upload your variables after removing the matching value.

    Does that make sense?
