You need to upgrade the firmware version as the Certificate issue will be present on your version of code and will fail to connect to Central.

    ARUBA-SA-20191219-PLVL08 - Aruba IAP Certificate Expiry (Rev-3) - Thursday, December 19, 2019

Make sure all of your APs within Central & the cluster are assigned a subscription. If the Master AP transitions to another AP which does not have a Central subscription assigned it will show the whole cluster as offline.

Thanks bro. Unfortunately, I forget the local AP password to upgrade the firmware. How can I do ? Am I need to hard reset all ap in the cluster?

And how can I get the latest firmware please?

If you can login to the GUI via the Virtual Controller (I suspect you can since you have CLI access...).select the Maintenance tab then Firmware and upgrade the IAP accordingly.

Did you already verify that all of your APs, but most specific AP06 have an active Central subscription? The 'fail-no-prov-rule' might indicate that the AP that is the VC is not subscribed in Central. All your APs should be subscribed.

Looks like your account to the support portal has not been activated. Probably best is to reach out to them over the phone: https://www.arubanetworks.com/support-services/contact-support/ and have your account activated at the same time.

In most cases that happens automatically if you enter serial numbers or contract id's. It looks like it didn't in your case, and then it is best to work through your reseller or Aruba Sales team, or directly call TAC to get the issue fixed.

Have the IAPs been assigned a DNS Server and access to the internet? If you not you can manually download the firmware file from asp.arubanetworks.com

This indicates that the AP has not the appropiate access to the Internet.
Pinging 8.8.8.8 does not proove that full access to the WWW is granted.
Firewall could be in place which blocks traffic in some cases.

You can access Support Page with Software Download at https://asp.arubanetworks.com

Another thing, aren´t your APs managed by Central or are you doing management by the VC?

Thanks bro . My APs are managed by Central but the I miss to upgrade requirement firmware from central and APs are showing offline.
So I need to upgrade with VC for locally.

    Hi Zayar,

    Good day to you!

I am also facing this Aruba AP offline issue. I can ping and login in the CLI, but in Aruba Central, we can see all APs are offline.

For now, I am temporarily using login VC AP in the CLI and executing this command: Sh ap debug cloud-server and then execute this command: debug-cloud-server (Aruba central IP) websocket. After this command, all Aruba APs are shown online in Aruba Central.

Can you please help resolve this case?
