Hello I'm not able to add installed IAP's in the visualRF menu of Aruba Central. I do not see them. Can't choose a group either. Do you need a separate license for it?

No you don't need an additional license for VisualRF and AP placement.
There was a bug recently though, affecting a few accounts, leading to this behavior.
Not sure if you have checked recently but it should work and you should be able to place already deployed APs.
If not for your account, make sure to open a TAC case to report the issue.
