I am using 2AP (225 and 325). The problem is they are being controlled by Aruba central trial. Now I want to get rid of that control to use Local VC! Who can help me?

    Hi,

Do you know the admin password for the devices as configured from central? If yes, then just unassign the license for these devices from central and you will be able to manage them locally.

If not, set a password then unassign the license for the device.

If this doesn't work, open a case with TAC..

    Hi,

Just Click on Account Home on top right, it will take you a page like the below. Select Subscription assignment..

Then under subscription assignment, disable the auto subscription if you want to disable it for all. You can manually select which devices are allowed if you want too..

    Hi,

Are you sure you are using the right account/ Are you sure you are logging to the right central instance/region?

So bad! Once I own the device, manage the Aruba central account but cannot cancel the assigned device.

    Hi,

I am not sure why you are not seeing the subscriptions. Did you open a case with TAC? They can easily support you
