7030 Controller auto provision from factory defaults

What is the difference between the Master switch IP address or FQDN and the Uplink VLAN Static IP address that is setup during auto-provisioning after the controller was set to factory defaults. I can login to the controller with the VLAN static IP but not the Master IP.

The Master Switch IP (or its FQDN) would be the IP address of either the Mobility Master or Master Controller if the local controller is to be managed by a different device.
The Uplink VLAN Static IP is the IP address of the local controller you are provisioning
ACMP, ACSA, ACDX #985
