Is this IAP part of the same L2 broadcast domain as the existing cluster? Have any changes been made to the switch ports where the IAP is connected?

Yes, I guess it's the part of same L2 broadcast as Idk about their network, I'm new joining in my company and senior person left the organization they just sent me to this customer who is having this issue and idk if someone has made changes to switch or not, customer has their own IT department. I asked customer has they tried to changed the LAN Ports of those APs they said yes, they changed the LAN ports but, still they were down it seems.

Is there any way that I can resolve the issue right away ?

    Thanks.

Yes, make sure the switch port is a trunk port with the native vlan set as the IAP management VLAN and any the remaining VLANs are tagged VLANs.

If you search for the Aruba Instant VRD (sorry I haven’t got the link at the mo) this will explain further the required switch settings.

Sure, I'll try to get information from client place.
apart from that, yesterday i've noticed that on a aruba switch two ports are drawing some power and its fluctuating,
    Example Port 20 : Power Reserved : 25W and Drawn power: 5.4 W ,
    later when I check it Power Drawn : 6.4/6.5/ 33 W etc.
if i change the switch port the AP is working perfectly fine. Is the issue with Switch port ? ONLY PoE Orange light is flashing.

    Thanks.

You can rule out the switch port by plugging in a known working IAP into the switch port and see if it exhibits the same behaviour.
